Alignment comes before acceleration.
Competing priorities do not disappear because a deadline is urgent. The work moves when teams agree on what matters and how decisions will be made.
About M. Scott Laemmle
I have spent more than 30 years helping organizations move complicated work forward, especially when the challenge crosses functions, the answer is not obvious, and no one person controls the outcome.
My background includes national technology deployments, mergers and integrations, PMO leadership, operational readiness, and the difficult work of turning competing priorities into a shared plan.
How I work
It is to make sure the right people are in the room, the real problem is visible, and decisions are made against something more useful than volume or organizational rank.
I bring structure without unnecessary bureaucracy, judgment without pretending certainty, and enough hands-on involvement to help a team get from discussion to delivery.
I also help leaders develop those habits through practical coaching, facilitated discussions, and real work. The aim is to leave people better equipped to handle the next challenge themselves.
What experience has taught me
The programs I have been part of were delivered by large, capable teams. What I can credibly claim is the perspective that comes from helping those teams align, decide, and execute under pressure.
Competing priorities do not disappear because a deadline is urgent. The work moves when teams agree on what matters and how decisions will be made.
Good governance creates a reliable place to make decisions, remove obstacles, and adjust when reality changes.
A strategy is only useful if the people who must run it can absorb it, support it, and explain it to customers.
Trust grows by listening, understanding the constraints, and helping solve the next real problem.
Career perspective

Startup operations, fundraising, business planning, and the experience of creating systems before the organization has a playbook.
Why Little Lamb?
Laemmle means “little lamb.” The name is personal. The work is serious. Little Lamb Consulting was created to bring experienced, clear-headed help to consequential work without adding more noise or permanent overhead.
